Sooke Ocean Escape Rental Policies

A $500.00 CAD security deposit is required upon check-in.

Cleaning fee of $125.00 per stay

Deposit 50% due at time of booking

Balance due two weeks prior to arrival

For long term bookings, we require 10% at time of booking and the 40% 6 months prior to the date of stay.

All prices quoted in Canadian dollars, and subject to 5% GST

2 Night Minimum

3 Night Minimum in High Season

Check In 4:00pm

Check Out 11:00am

Children Welcome

No smoking indoors and kindly use ashtrays when outside on the property

Young Children must be supervised outside at all times as this is Oceanfront Property

Cancellation Policy

45 days notice - full refund less $50.00 administration fee

Less than 45 days notice - Loss of deposit if we are unable to re-book

No refunds will be made for unused days or early departure
